主讲人简介：杨志锋教授现任职于美国纽约州立大学石溪分校任职，于2006年在加拿大阿尔伯塔大学取得财务学博士，曾在香港城市大学任教。研究兴趣是公司治理、公司财务以及审计问题并以在国际顶级学术期刊如会计评论、会计研究、会计和经济学期刊以及当代会计研究期刊发表多篇相关论文。主要代表作如下：
